Time to get out the English flag
and hug a dragon today
~ It’s St George’s Day~
Hello all you beautiful people and welcome to my imagination. Yes, I'd be afraid too!
Here I'll be sharing my thoughts, rants and anything that tickles my fancy...well, anything that is a PG rating that is. Feel free to leave comments or drop me a line in my mailbox ~ I’d love to hear what you think.
I just had to share this from Ally. She is continuing to work hard to make her dream come true.

I found this quote online today, “A dream doesn’t become reality through magic. It takes sweat, determination, and hard work.” ~Colin Powell
That quote summarizes my goal, why I wake up at 3 am most mornings to begin writing before I log in for work. My journey into the world of Indie Publishing started last January when Smashwords.com published my first story, The Vampire from Hell: The Beginning (Part 1). It’s been a wonderful experience and one that I hope to continue pursuing for many years.
My memories from just this one year are countless, yet each one has been a great “ah ha” moment. While writing the Vampire from Hell series this past year, I’ve met many new friends and fans, received emails from readers who have enjoyed reading each part, experienced the gratification of getting my first paycheck (ever how small) from Amazon on Christmas Day 2011, preparing for 2012 and the continuation of Rayea’s storyline while also gaining advice and guidance from established authors on marketing, promotion, and publishing.
Many of you know that I currently write part-time before and after work, something I hope will change to becoming full-time one day. It’s a dream I dare to dream. That’s why when I get a real world project finished and sent off to the client for review, it is a BIG DEAL. I’m able to turn around and focus primarily on my first love, writing. When I sent off my emails to my client last night, I thought of this passage from the Vampire from Hell: Part 1.
Guess what I’m doing this weekend!
You can download Part One for Free. Go to Freebies for more info. Part 1 is the first in Rayea’s story.
Thanks again to everyone’s support and interest!

My Review: A paranormal romance is only the tip of the iceberg with this intriguing story. A mystery that that covers centuries, characters that you would want to have over for a fantasy dinner party, and a love story that will grip your heart and never let go. You will laugh, cry, and be afraid. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire ride, and I never wanted off. Let me go get my sleeping bag so i can't start camping out for the sequel!!
Being a fan already of her amateur work, I am so pleased with the first instalment of Elizabeth Hunter’s Elemental Series “A Hidden Fire”. The characters have a life of their own, and I’m sure Mrs Hunter had a hell of a time to get them to cooperate with her. I urge anyone who has a love of paranormal mysteries to get their copy now.
Check out the Elemental Mysteries Website to find out more about the author and release dates of future books.

Look out for “This Same Earth “ the second in the Elemental Mystery series coming out December 2011
